If the season ended now
- Officially qualified
- Jannik Sinner (2026-07-10), Alexander Zverev (2026-08-06)
- Provisional seats 1–7
- Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, Ben Shelton, Flavio Cobolli, Daniil Medvedev, Rafael Jódar
- Seat 8
- Novak Djokovic — by race rank
- First alternate
- Félix Auger-Aliassime
Seat 8 goes to Novak Djokovic by race rank: no eligible 2026 Grand Slam champion is ranked 8–20, so the ordinary 8/9 cutoff applies.

How qualification works
- The top seven players in the race qualify directly.
- If a current-year Grand Slam champion is ranked 8–20, the eighth seat goes to the highest-ranked such champion (at most two are eligible; the second becomes the first alternate).
- Otherwise the eighth seat goes to the player ranked 8, and the next player is the first alternate.
Provisional status is this rule applied to the current table, labelled “if the season ended now.” Official qualification is only ever recorded from an announcement, never inferred from points. See the methodology page.
